Service terms
SoarTask provides an SEO operations platform for teams and agencies. By creating a workspace, you agree to use the service for its intended purpose and to comply with applicable laws.
Billing and usage
Subscription plans use the enforced billing catalog: brands, markets, tasks, connections, crawl URL credits, AI credits and API request quotas. Paid billing requires provider confirmation and published legal terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use SoarTask to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to access data outside your authorized workspace scope. Automated scraping of the service is prohibited except via the documented API.
Data and cancellation
You may export your data at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for a limited period to allow reactivation, then permanently deleted according to our privacy policy.
Changes to terms
We will notify workspace owners of material changes to these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
