What permissions does SoarTask request?
Each connector requests the minimum read-only scope needed. OAuth connectors (GSC, GA4) use read-only scopes. API token connectors (Ahrefs, Semrush) use read-only tokens. CMS connectors use application passwords or API keys with read scope. No connector has write access to your source data unless explicitly listed.
What happens when a source becomes stale?
The source health strip shows the last sync time and status. Stale sources are flagged so the team knows the evidence window before acting. You can re-authorize or re-sync from the Connections page at any time.
Do you store my credentials?
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. API keys and application passwords are stored encrypted. No raw credentials are logged or exposed in the UI.
Can I bring my own data source?
Yes. Use the REST API to push data from any source. The API supports full CRUD for brands, tasks, issues, keywords, rankings and reports.
Which connectors are available now?
REST API and the implemented GSC/GA4 connection paths are available subject to authorization and deployment setup. WordPress and other endpoint-backed sources require their connector configuration; Shopify, Webflow, Ahrefs, Semrush, Slack and Microsoft Teams are not enabled in this local product build.
